Audrey Bitoni was born in 1986 in Pasadena, California in a family Spanish & German. She currently resides in Los Angeles. She appeared on the cover of the November 2008 issue of Penthouse as well as being featured as the pet of the month. Bitoni was the daughter of the November 2008 cover of Club International.
Audrey Bitoni: Motivation Motivation is not always a good thing. Fear is paralyzing. But we can never be completely free from fear, because it is a natural and useful emotion, helps to ensure our security. Many of us take all actions throughout our days because we are motivated by negative things like fear. By letting fear motivate us, it is virtually paralyze our body both physically and mentally. Basically, your actions are guided by fear. We do not try new things because of fear of the unknown. Your body begins to produce certain chemicals in the body like adrenaline, which fear that drives you. Golfers who beat Tiger Woods in a round starting seat belts, because they focus on their fear of losing their position with a bad shot. Since they focus on the fear of bad shots, which is usually what happens. Your mind goes blank when you call because you worry so much makeup that your mind focuses on the rotation instead of the message you want to go through. We fear we will fail. We are afraid of losing our jobs. We fear that we can pay our bills. We fear we will not be accepted. We fear rejection. We fear that this will be a success. Fear is in almost every corner of people’s lives. What we want is to reduce fear and then ultimately eliminated are motivated by fear. Stop and think about their actions throughout the day. Will it work in a job to be afraid because fear can not be otherwise? Do you delay in pursuing your dreams of living in fear? Do not take the necessary measures to achieve their goals because they have a wall of fear that has to take the next step, such as calling a particular person or whatever the situation might be To take continuous action to correct the design lifestyle management and personal development, we must strive to be motivated by our goals. Action is needed to achieve the objectives set out continually to achieve. Instead of always being controlled by fear, as always, just get more, go to step around. Start by being aware when you do something and you wonder what motivates you to do this? If fear is what is currently motivating you stop and think of alternatives against what you fear being controlled. What are your goals and see what steps you should take.

When I finally sat down and actually thought about what was really motivating me in life, I found so many motivational fears. Although many times I still am driven by fear, I slowly have learned to become consciously aware of when I was being driven by negative emotions and learned through some time to control these emotions. By taking control of these emotions, such as fear, I have also began to take more control of my desired lifestyle design and personal development.
