Some say Zyzz isn’t merely a person but is a lifestyle. Embracing youth, working hard in the gym, working hard outside the gym through a lifestyle focused on getting adequate rest and maintaining a proper diet in order to gain muscle and stay shredded. Not taking life too seriously but enjoying your youth and the freedom associated with it. Going to festivals, partying hard, living for the LOL’s. Zyzz is perceived to be a cocky, narcissistic, douche bag but it said he is actually a friendly, easy-going guy.
Son of Zeus. Brother of Hercules. Father of Aesthetics. Zyzz is a young man from an Middle Eastern background. Zyzz says: Well ever since I was a kid I was the type of person that could eat everything and anything and see no changes in my body. I would still be a skinny kid just eating everything on sight, pizza, chocolate bars all that fun stuff. It wasn’t until after high school after noticing my brother make dramatic changes from his body through bodybuilding. What does it take? Zyzz says lots of hard work and determination. Also, reading alot. Reading helps. Knowledge is really power.
Weight gainers and mass gainers were used very often throughout my first 2 years. They helped me put on mass to a certain extent. Zyzz was never a big fan of creatine, but i have used it before – the water retention in most creatine products is what Zyzz really dislikes. Pre workout energy drinks are also good, but nowadays all i take is fish oil, multi’s, and whey after a workout.
Don’t spend so much money on supplements, instead use your money to buy books, knowledge is the best thing you can obtain with bodybuilding. Also good foods, like broccoli, tuna, cottage cheese and milk. But remember. Reading is key.
Now you might think that Zyzz was born aesthetic, but the truth is – he was not. He had to work those abs like everyone else. What’s at the bottom? Only a ectomorph body can possibly be found. The ‘lean Zyzz readers’ look and think “that the body is unattainable,” you might be surprised to discover that he was in the same boat as you. These “first” when the photos were taken Zyzz was in high school. Until he left high school who started the gym a little ‘more serious, but as you can see, was a scene embarrassing Zyzz of a child. Imagine how his friend would react to high school is no longer saw this internship. So now we are finally making progress’. Was probably only a month away, and in the labor market. When this was done, but the profits are high relative to the starting point this seems to mark Zyzz beer is definitely here – this guy does not know what had become a figure advancement of religion is absurd and shows a real dedication ..
Zyzz – What Do You Have To Say About Yourself From The Past?
Throughout high school Iwas always extremely ectomorph. I could eat anything and not to fat, muscle or weight, or so I thought. I’ve always been fascinated by bodybuilding, but lacked the motivation to start training hard until I made my final year of studies and tests have been performed – it was time to change their way of life. I was ridiculously thin, thinner than I kid in my class at school, people always commented on how skinny I was and I hated it. I’ve always known, so skinny. I remember feeling like a little bitch, “when I was with the girls walk next to them and hear the same size as him. After my HSC was a holiday, and I began visiting the club on weekends and always noticed that when the boy was taken, there were many more “normal” person. Guys, I respect them and the girls are all, and really, who does not?
Zyzz – The Transformation
Of course, this kind of work definitely defines aesthetics, but can not be denied participation. Faced with the same set of images shows a complete makeover and a slim frame before. The most famous image that many people think Zyzz peak. I saw some improvement there yet, but I refer to you. The set? Cue picture of a discharge. Then I decided to improve its “Zyzzthetics Zyzz being tattooed. Shortly acquired taste, but whatever. You decide.
Zyzz – Wise Words
If you asked me this question when I started training, my answer would have been completely different.
Originally, it started innocently enough, I wanted to get bigger so I was so skinny, and not just to build a big impact on girls. I’d look at pictures of boys chopped and tell myself that I will. 4 years of my education, I can safely say that the motivation to do much more than active people, comes from a sense of goals and achieve them, and passing me in the gym.
I absolutely love it, ride a bike that has a representative, and get your skin tearing pumps is something I do not see myself without.
I do not even use the word motivation, I do not have the motivation now, since education is a necessity in my life. It’s all part of my lifestyle, I could not imagine a life other fitness / training / lifestyle diet, is rewarding both mentally and physically as a measure, you should experience firsthand.
My ultimate goal is not great, even a monster, but it is physics, which can be considered art, elegant and streamlined, and generally attractive.
Philosophy on Life?
Definitely. Personally I’m a very friendly and happy person, and believe that people need to lighten up and enjoy life more. Even though I put on a lot of size and to some look intimidating, I’m one of the friendliest people you can meet.
I love playing up my perceived stereotype, and at the end of the day, never take myself seriously, which is one of the reasons I have acquired the fan base that I have.
